You know, most people hear the word 'vacation' and they think about getting away for a few days, possibly to a warmer climate, maybe to enjoy an umbrella drink or five or seven or twelve. Then there's those unfortunates who use the ol' 'vacation' as an excuse to get a ton of work done, in the hopes of catching up. That's the thing though; you NEVER get caught up when you're a workaholic... you just keep finding shit to do.

Aaaaaaaanyway... let's get on with this, shall we?

The Traveling Virus Comedy Tour is ending its run in Camden, NJ on September 15th, and since Ed McGonigal backed out of his opening gig, we're doing another round of Car Crash Comedy to pick a winner. It's going to be at a live venue on the 14th, and you aspiring Philly comics can Email Sam @ Foundry Music.com with all your contact information if you want to participate.

Lewis Black, Mick Foley and Bob Saget will be at the Traveling Virus show tomorrow night at PNC.

TAILGATING AT THE PNC TRAVELING VIRUS SHOW and O&A Village Details

Many people have been writing us about the restrictions on tailgating after the Ozzfest Incident at the PNC Bank Arts Center.


For anyone attending the Opie and Anthony Traveling Virus comedy show at the PNC Bank Arts Center this Saturday, August 25th (get your tickets now if you haven't already!)... Here is the official statement from the Venue regarding tailgating:


Please note that grilling and tailgating are still permitted in the PNC parking lots but that alcohol can no longer be consuming in those locations due to the tragic events of last week and prior issues regarding underaged drinking in the PNC lots.


The Parking lots will open at 4pm and the doors for the show/village will open at 5:30pm.



Regarding the O&A Village:

Below is a list of the activities in the Village:

* Drown the Clown (Dunk tank & inflatable games)

* Fly By Night Entertainment which includes a group of guys that do head stapling, glass walking, sword swallowing, mental floss, straight jacket escape and more.

* Performance by the band Octane

* WWE Superstar Mick Foley signing autographs at the WWE booth

* Pest Booth (contests with a chance to win seats to watch the show on stage)

* Petting Zoo

* Face/Body painting

* Stress Factory Booth



Paltalk will also be interviewing the comics live from backstage during the night.
